This product is a masterbatch contained volatile corrosion inhibitor. By adding this masterbatch into film during forming, volatile rust preventive films can be produced.
Benefits
■ This masterbatch contains 20% volatile corrosion inhibitor within polyethylene.
■ The corrosion inhibitor in this masterbatch has high heat resistance, which reduces the amount of rust inhibitor lost through volatilization during film forming.
■ The inhibitor is effective for ferrous metals. For applications requiring compatibility with non-ferrous metals, custom production is available upon your request.
■ The corrosion inhibitor used in this masterbatch is also available separately for masterbatch production (HR-P5).
How to Use
Add 5–10% to polyethylene or other film materials during forming.
