- Yoshiaki Okuhama established Daiwa Fine Chemicals Co., Ltd. in December 16
- 1967
- Established Daiwa Fine Chemicals Co., Ltd. (Laboratory) (As research division and production division of Daiwa Fine Chemicals Co., Ltd.)
- 1970
- Built new Hirano Factory, and moved production division to that factory.
- 1971
- Increased capitalization of Daiwa Fine Chemicals Co., Ltd. (Laboratory) to three million yen.
- 1972
- Expanded laboratory building and factory office at Hirano Factory.
- 1973
- Increased capitalization of Daiwa Fine Chemicals Co., Ltd. to four million yen.
Completed new head office building in Tsukamoto-dori, Hyogo-ku, Kobe city.

- Obtained patent on corrosion inhibitor for zinc and zinc alloy.
Built new Akashi Factory, and moved part of production division from Hirano Factory.

- Obtained patent on corrosion suppression method for copper and copper alloy.
- 1985
- Expanded research and management building at Akashi Factory.
Apply joint application for U.S. Pat. (Tin-Lead Alloy Plating solution.)

- Increased capitalization of Daiwa Fine Chemicals Co., Ltd. (Laboratory) to ten million yen.

- Received Technology Award from The Surface Finishing Society of Japan for “Cyanide-free silver plating solution.”

- Head Office building collapsed resulting from the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake. Moved head office to Shimosawa-dori in Hyogo-ku.
